Shirley's sister Lena joined us this trip and we had a blast. First course of the trip was Amana Colonies. Let me tell you, this course kicked our butts! It was long, it was hilly, I almost tipped the cart, it was buggy.... Did we love it? Of course, every minute.

Course 2 - Remember when I said before that I would go back to Pleasant Valley? We did. Had to share this gem of a course with Shirley and Lena.

After a day of golf we went to Franks Pizza in Silvis, Ill and we introduced Shirley and Lena to the Serra family business. We ate way too much and spent the night at the Isle Capri.
Course 3 - Glynns Creek Golf Course - Can you believe that out of 4 of us, nobody took a picture? This was an awesome course and if you have ever golfed Jester Park in Polk County, you can say that they are very similar.
Course 4 - Oakland Acres golf course - Jasper County
No pics AGAIN!! This course is located outside Grinnell and was a nice 9 hole. Nothing to write home about but they were making some changes and some areas were 'under construction'.
Can't wait for the next outing!
Never bet with anyone you meet on the first tee who has a deep suntan, a 1-iron in his bag, and squinty eyes.
